Ingredients: Hibiscus flower, Dog-rose fruit, Wild Apple fruit, Wild Chokeberry fruit 10%, natural Blueberry aroma 7%, Blueberry leaf, sweet tree root, Blueberry fruit 1%
Contains liquorice root-people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
Instructions / Method of Preparation: Place a filter bag into a cup, pour 2 dl of boiling water over it and cover the cup. Leave it for 10 minutes, then remove the filter bag and sweeten the tea to your liking.
