Ingredients: Hibiscus flower, Wild Apple fruit, Rosehip (Dog-rose) fruit, Plum aroma 6%, Elderberry, Cinnamon bark 5%, Rum aroma 4%, Sweet tree root, Plum fruit 1%, Citric Acid 0.5%, Cinnamon aroma 0, 5%
Contains liquorice root-people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
Instructions / Method of Preparation: Remove the filter bag from the aroma wrapper, place it in a cup, pour 2 dl of boiling water over it and cover the cup. Leave it for 10 minutes, then remove the filter bag and sweeten the tea to your liking.
